Farsido is now open source
under GPL. 2 years ago I made Farsido based on Simredo unicode
editor to convert other Persian systems to unicode. I deliberately
put a time limit to force people to try new versions of the
program. I did what I wanted and will not be doing any furthur
development for now, but the code is available under GPL. Hope you
find it useful in converting to unicode.

Unicode is now updated to support Mac OS X in addition to Linux
(KDE) and Windows, as well as different browsers (some are links to
other sites). Although the instructions mention Farsi they work on
any supported language.
